I agree! Pret is definitely more than just "coffee". Its experience is also social and "millennial" (sandwich for lunch). Unsurprising considering that Pret started off as a coffee shop that also sells healthy grab-on-the-go sandwich!

Especially true that most commuters/workers will also grab lunch. The queue at Pret is often fairly long and it just doens't make sense to spend 15 mins queueing just for 1 coffee.
